Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key labelling distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
